This oil hydrates and moisturizes the skin. It's not greasy. Apply 3-5 drops evenly over clean skin morning and night. It absorbs okay to me. It's good that this face oil is dermatologist-approved. Love how it's cruelty-free and vegan.

I have combo/oily skin with occasional acne. My skin tends to break out more during hormonal changes but also if it gets too dry. My skin has recently taken a beating and has been more broken out than usual, either due to the weather drying out or other products I was using.
That being said, bc my skin is on the oily side as well, I generally tend to stay away from face oils or am very picky about them. I have to admit I was drawn to this product first due to the packaging. Gorgeous artwork on the box and a clear, modern glass bottle. Can we just take one moment to appreciate the simplistic beauty of it?
Ok, great.... now on to the good stuff.
I was very pleasantly surprised that this felt a bit more like a dry oil. Yes it was oily going on at first but it soaked into my skin fairly quickly and after that I could hardly tell I was wearing it. I still wouldn't be able to wear it during the day under makeup, but at night or on no-makeup days I can actually tolerate it bc it doesn't feel heavy like a lot of other oils do. It gave me a pretty healthy looking glow/sheen but not the oily looking kind... I don't tend to go for anything "dewy" looking bc I just look oily but this actuality have me that dewy look without looking like an oil slick!
What amazed me the most is after sleeping in it I woke up with very healthy, glowing looking skin. It really helped to calm down some of the irritation I've been dealing with and this is the first time in months my skin looked this…

My skin is very dry and sensitive and this oil is great for hydration! When I have cleaned, toned, and moisturized I then pat this oil into my skin. It doesn’t make me feel greasy. Just very hydrated. I use it at night.

The Day + West Quiet Force Face Oil is a very effective anti-aging product that hydrates and protects delicate skin. It has diminished the fine lines and wrinkles on my face and gives my skin a very radiant and healthy appearance. The ingredients are impressive and some of those include jojoba oil, sunflower seed oil, squalane, and rosehip fruit oil which is a great source of vitamin C. I use the face oil every morning after cleansing my skin and after applying my facial serum. A little of the oil goes a long way. After it is completely absorbed into my skin, I apply my foundation. My skin looks fresh and glowing, and my makeup looks natural and healthy looking for the whole day. I have had no negative reactions from this product that is manufactured in the USA and would highly recommend it.
